As a "Go-to" lawyer, I am the first stop for most of my clients when any meaningful legal or business matter arises, regardless of the type of issue or industry. They know that I ask the right questions, listen carefully to their responses without judging them, and give honest and direct feedback.
My advice is practical—often creative—and always balances my clients' priorities, circumstances, and budgets. Once the issues are pinpointed and the strategy is set, I handle the matter personally. I recognized at an early stage in my career that developing and implementing successful strategies for my clients goes well beyond simply understanding the law. I also advise legal, engineering, and other professional service businesses, and I work with fashion, design, real estate, social media, Internet, and telecommunications businesses. I serve the needs of entrepreneurs, executives, managers, and general counsels, across the full spectrum of business types, including public companies, venture capital-backed businesses, privately funded companies, and not-for-profit entities and institutions.
